Speedy delivery, accurate sizing, good quality.
Ordered two tops, my first Freeman’s order in a few years, had to return them as I had forgotten that I have to go up at least one size and sometimes two to ensure a decent fit and this is the reason for having not ordered for a long while. I’m disappointed that I still have to do this as I don’t with other retailers.

Great catalogue, easy to use app, always have offers on. Flexible payment plans & excellent delivery/returns service. Good fashion items (some things over priced but you expect this from a catalogue).

Ordered 2 underwear sets (white and black )received only one bra which I loved but 3/4 items missing contacted them and had to wait for them to track the missing items asked me if they did not find them did I want reordered I said yes as I wanted all the items they ordered the white bra and sent an email saying the other products were not in stock but just went ahead and reordered white bra anyway without speaking to me first had to call customer service AGAIN on phone for 30 mins told me they had already sent white bra so had to wait to get it then return it and would organise collection for black bra but 12 hour time slot which is no good for someone working full time so I've had to keep an item I don't want as it’s not a set then have the hassle of sending the white bra back! Mistakes happen but it's how a company deal with your complaint and I certainly wasn't happy with how they dealt with mine their mistake and it's me that's out of pocket and having to take time out my busy schedule twice for their mistake! Won't be ordering again
Ordered 2 items and paid standard delivery for them to arrive in 2 working days. One item arrived bur still waiting for the other 10 days later. Just not acceptable.
Item was ordered and delivered in good time, although the amount of packaging used to send a small item, which was a robust item so not likely to break, was ridiculous. I'm all for good packing but Freemans maYbe think about what you are sending and how much packaging is used.
I found the sizing quite poor. Trousers were small fit, tops too large. Was disappointed.

I selected a basic pair of stonewash jeans in my usual size. When they arrived I had some difficulty opening the waistband stud as the buttonhole was poorly finished. The jeans turned out to be far too small so I sent them back. The fabric quality and finish was okay.
